Rip™ Trainer Class



 RipTraining is the newest addition to the TRX® Family.  It is a total body workout that works your core the entire time. Every movement you perform on a Rip Trainer will tighten and firm your abs because the resistance band will be constantly working to pull you back. Rip Training is a simple and very effective way to work rotational movements into your training program. So if your tired of doing sit ups and planks on the ground and want a new challenge stand up and give the RipTraining class a try.

Class times are: Sunday mornings: 8am to 9am Morley Field.

Cost: $20 per class.
