Top 10 Shameless Fitness Tips

1. Eat 10 servings of vegetables a day and take a fish oil supplement.

2. On your off days from exercising cook your meals for the week and store them in Tupperware. 

3. Dedicate time to foam roll and preform corrective exercises.

4. Practice Yoga 2 times a week. There is nothing better that stretching for two hours a week. Your body will thank you.

5. Get to bed by 10pm.

6. Do complexes to warm up.

7. Everything works for about four weeks, change up your workout.

8. Learn body mechanics for your functional training. It does not matter how good you can balance on a ball if you don't know how to pack your shoulder or use your hips properly you will not be functional. pay attention to form it is the key to getting results and keeping you safe.

9. Learn the Olympic lifts. (the snatch,cling, sumo high pull, front squat, overhead squat, behind neck squat, dead lifts, push press, good mornings).

10. Use interval training for cardiovascular exercise. Spending an hour on a treadmill, etc. causes very little adaptions.
